1kg of beef

1kg of chicken

2 tablespoons of curry powder

5 tablespoons of vegetable oil

2 green peppers

2 yellow pepper

2 red peppers

1 tablespoon of black pepper

2 small onions

3 stock cubes

2 tablespoon of ketchup or 2 fresh tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of lime( to have that sour taste)

1.5 cup of rice

3 carrot

2 tbsp Flour

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 bulbs of fresh garlic

2 teaspoon of garlic powder

2 pinches of salt

  • Wash the chicken and beef properly. Then put in a pot, season well with 2 stock cubes, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tablespoon of curry and 1 chopped onion. Let it boil for 30 minutes.
  • Take out the beef and chicken from the stock, let it cool for a while then shred them to the size you desire.
  • Get a clean pot, add the oil and the remaining chopped onions. Stir for about 2 to 3 minutes then add the shredded beef and chicken. You need to make sure that the meat has a pre-fried look before the ketchup is added alongside the pepper(green, red, yellow and black). Stir for 3 minutes then add the stock cube, the garlic and the remaining spoon of curry.
  • Pour the meat stock into the mix let it boil for about 5 minutes then add the flour for thickening.
  • Wash the rice and boil for about 20 minutes. Then add the chopped carrots and let the water completely dry up.
  • Serve while hot.
